Privacy Policy
Glow Slime by Undergiant
Effective date: 23 October 2026 · Version 1 (closed test)
Türkçesi: Türkçe
This policy is also our information notice under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). It is here to inform you; it does not ask for your consent.
The short version
- The game does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.
- This version works fully offline. It has no account, no ads, no analytics and no purchases. It does not request Android's internet permission, so it cannot connect to the internet.
- Your progress, your settings and your answer to the age question stay on your phone. None of the game's data leaves your phone.
- If you e-mail us or join the test, we use your e-mail address and your test group membership only to reply to you and to run the test.
- We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers named below.
Who we are
- Glow Slime is made by Undergiant. Undergiant is the name under which Samet Opan, an individual game developer based in Türkiye, publishes games. As the "data controller", this person decides why and how your personal data is processed and is responsible for it.
- E-mail: support@undergiant.com · Website: undergiant.com
- No representative has been appointed, because the data controller is based in Türkiye.
- This policy covers the Glow Slime app for Android, our website undergiant.com and our support e-mail. The closed test is available only in Türkiye.
This policy and the welcome card
- When you first open the game, the welcome card asks you to tap Accept. By tapping Accept, you agree to the Terms of Use and confirm that you have read this policy. This confirmation is not consent. We do not ask for your consent to process your personal data.
- You can read this policy at any time in the game's Settings and at undergiant.com/privacy. Both show the same text.
The game
- The game works fully offline. There is no account and no login.
- This version has no ads, no analytics, no crash-reporting tools and no purchases. The data collection features built into the game engine (Unity) are also turned off.
- The game does not request Android's internet permission, so it cannot connect to the internet.
- The game stores the following on your phone: your progress (levels, stars, gold and any unfinished game), your settings, your answer to the age question (only your age group: under 13, 13 to 17, or 18 and over) and a record that you tapped Accept on the welcome card, including the version of these texts.
- None of this leaves your phone, and none of it reaches us.
- Android's backup is turned off for this game. If you uninstall the game, all of this is deleted. If you move to a new phone, your progress may not come with you.
The age question
- After your first game, the game asks once for your month and year of birth.
- The game stores only your age group on your phone, not the month and year.
- Your answer does not leave your phone.
- The game uses your answer only to adjust some texts and features to your age. Until you answer, the game treats every player as a child.
Google Play
- You download the game from Google Play. Google Play installs and updates it under Google's own terms. To check for updates, Google Play uses information such as your phone model and the game's version. The game does not send this information to us.
- If your phone shares usage and diagnostics data with Google, Google may show us crash reports and statistics in Google Play Console (for example, phone models, Android versions and the number of installs). We see this information only in the form in which Google shows it in Play Console. The game never asks for your name and has no accounts.
- Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy
If you join the closed test
- Testers join a Google Group and download the test version from Google Play. Both are Google's own services and are covered by Google's privacy policy. When you join, you give your name and your Google e-mail address directly to Google. Google may process this information outside Türkiye.
- If you are under 13, please ask a parent for help. A parent can join the test with their own Google account.
- Only the group's managers can see the member list. We use it only to run the test, and we do not keep a separate e-mail list.
- Google informs testers that it collects some data about how they use a test app, such as device information, app usage and user-triggered events, and shares this data with the developer. This data is collected by Google Play, not by the game. We see it only in the form in which Google shows it in Play Console.
- You can send us private feedback through Google Play; only the developer can read it. Google keeps the feedback and the test information in Play Console under its own rules.
- We use this information to run the test (to give you access and to follow the number of testers), to find and fix bugs and to improve the game.
- Legal grounds (KVKK Article 5(2)): to run the test, (c) the processing is directly related to making or performing a contract; to find and fix bugs and to improve the game, (f) our legitimate interest, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
- How we get it: you join the group and the test yourself and send your feedback through Google Play yourself. We obtain this information through Google's services, electronically and partly by automated means.
- We do not reply within Google Play; we share general answers in the update notes. We may keep notes of what we learn from the test, without names or e-mail addresses (for example, "6 of 15 players got stuck on level 12").
- A later test version may show an optional test summary code in Settings, with details such as the level you reached and how many times you tried a boss. The code contains no name, no age and no device number, and the game never sends it. If you wish, you can paste it into your feedback yourself.
- Progress made in the test will be reset once when the game becomes available to everyone.
- You can leave the group and the test at any time. When the closed test ends, we will close the group within 30 days.
If you e-mail us
- When you write to support@undergiant.com, we receive your e-mail address, your name if you include it, your message and any attachments. We use this information only to reply to you, to handle your request and, if there is a dispute, to keep a record of it.
- Legal grounds (KVKK Article 5(2)):
- for messages about the game or the test, (c) the processing is directly related to making or performing a contract;
- for other messages, (f) our legitimate interest in replying to messages we receive, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms;
- for KVKK applications, (ç) we must fulfil our legal obligation;
- in a dispute, (e) the processing is needed to establish, exercise or protect a right.
- How we get it: you send the e-mail yourself; we receive it electronically, partly by automated means.
- Our mailbox is hosted by Google Workspace. Google stores and processes our e-mail only on our behalf, as our service provider, under Google's Cloud Data Processing Addendum. Google does this on servers in several countries, including outside Türkiye.
- Please do not send information we do not need to answer your question, such as ID numbers or health information. For a formal KVKK application, see "Your rights" below. Writing to us is optional; the game works fully without it.
- We keep e-mails for no longer than 12 months. If there is a dispute, we keep the related e-mails until it is resolved. After that, we delete them.
Our website
- When you visit undergiant.com, your browser connects to the servers of the company that hosts our website. As on any website, these servers automatically record technical details: your IP address, the time of your visit, the page you opened and your browser type.
- We do not use cookies on the site, and it has no analytics and no forms. The hosting company may set a short-lived security cookie only if it needs to check that a visitor is not a bot.
- The hosting company processes these details on our behalf, to deliver the site (including this privacy policy and our terms) and keep it secure, including on servers outside Türkiye. It also uses some of these details, such as IP addresses, for its own purposes, for example to protect its network, under its own privacy policy.
- Legal ground (KVKK Article 5(2)): (f) our legitimate interest in showing you the site and keeping it secure, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
- The hosting company keeps these records for as long as its own rules provide. We do not copy these records or use them for any other purpose.
Who receives data
- Google (Google Workspace), for our support e-mail. Google processes it on our behalf, including on servers outside Türkiye.
- The company that hosts our website. It delivers the site on our behalf and also uses some visitor details for its own purposes, such as protecting its network. It does this on servers outside Türkiye as well. Both services run servers outside Türkiye, which is why this information is processed abroad. If you would like to know the names of these service providers, write to us.
- Google, for its own services that you use yourself: Google Play and Google Groups. Google may process this information outside Türkiye under its own privacy policy.
- Public authorities, only when the law requires it and only to the extent it requires.
- We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with anyone else, for advertising or for any other purpose.
Children
- Glow Slime is for players of all ages, including children. The game does not collect personal data from any player, whatever their age, and a child can play without giving us any information.
- If you are a child and want to write to us, please ask a parent to help you. Parents can write to support@undergiant.com.
Keeping data safe
- The game has no servers of its own. Your game data stays only on your phone.
- Our website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Only we read support e-mails. We keep only the data we need and delete it when its storage period ends.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you can apply to us:
- a) to learn whether your personal data is processed,
- b) if it is, to ask for information about it,
- c) to learn why it is processed and whether it is used for that purpose,
- ç) to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred,
- d) to ask for it to be corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- e) to ask for it to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions in KVKK Article 7,
- f) to ask for the steps taken under (d) and (e) to be notified to the third parties to whom it was transferred,
- g) to object to a result against you that comes from analysis made solely by automated systems,
- ğ) to ask for compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.
How to apply
- Send your application by e-mail to support@undergiant.com. Under the Communique on the Principles and Procedures for the Request to Data Controller, an application by e-mail must come from an e-mail address that you have given us before and that is in our records (for example, an address you have written to us from), or it must be signed with a secure electronic signature or a mobile signature.
- If you want to apply in another way set out in the Communique (for example, in writing), write to support@undergiant.com and we will tell you how to send your application.
- Your application must be in Turkish. The same Communique lists the information a formal application must contain (for example, your name and surname, your signature on a written application, your Turkish ID number or, if you are not a Turkish citizen, your nationality and passport number, your address for notifications and your request).
- We will reply to your application within 30 days at the latest, free of charge.
- If your application is rejected, if you find our reply insufficient or if we do not reply in time, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu, kvkk.gov.tr) within 30 days of learning our reply, and in any case within 60 days of the date of your application (KVKK Article 14).
What you can do yourself
- To delete the data on your phone, uninstall the game.
- For your information in Google Play and Google Groups, use Google's own tools.
Changes
- If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with a new date and mention important changes in the game's update notes on Google Play. The game will also show you the welcome card once more, so that you can read what has changed.
- We will review this policy again before the public release.
- We will update this policy before releasing any version that adds ads, analytics, online saving or anything else that sends data. If the game ever offers optional analytics, they will be off by default, offered only to adults and turned on only if you choose.
